Morning 6106 Fu Lin-Shien 99 37 3 1 1.請先至護理站測量身高、體重。 2.網路初診者，請於11:00前先至掛號櫃檯完成初診資料。 3.今日需做腎臟超音波、抽血、驗尿病患，若尚未執行檢查，請勿插卡報到，請先與診間護理人員報到。 4.兒童腎臟科定期追蹤者，請先告知護理人員要先開單做檢查。 5.醫師用餐時間12:30-13:00。 6.兒童腎臟科門診請於11:30前報到完畢已利檢查。 7.因等待檢查而造成逾時看診者，檢查完畢後請再次插卡，依過號看診。 Second Medical Building 1F
