Afternoon 6108 Chuang, Chieh-Mao 33 38 3 0 1.網路初診者，請先至掛號櫃檯完成初診資料。 2.【先】到護理站﹝身高、體重﹞，10歲以上及體重40公斤以上者，務必測量血壓再到診間。 3.有先預開檢查單者【不用】讀健保卡報到，《直接》至6109檢查室抽號碼牌，依流程等待做檢查，沒有預開檢查單者交遞﹝健保卡+身高、體重、血壓單﹞給診間護理人員。 4.做完檢察再至診間插卡報到。 5.請於17：00前報到。 Second Medical Building 1F

  • ※Outpatient hours:8:30-12:00 for morning sessions, 13:30-17:00 for afternoon sessions, 18:00-20:00 for night sessions
    • 1. Referred patients should check-in at Counter 9 (2F, Rear Outpatient Building) before going to the clinic room.
    • 2. If Taichung City Government announces that offices should be closed due to natural disasters such as typhoons, the outpatient service will be closed too.
