Morning 2716 Yang Shih-Chieh 53 33 24 0 2716診公告: (1) 看診前先持健保卡至生理監測區量好身高、體重、血壓及評估疼痛指數。 (2)疼痛治療科，依病情施打注射，因屬於「非健保給付處置」，故無論任何身份(榮民、慢性疾病、重大傷病...等)，皆為自費治療。 (3)初診病患請於11:30前先至門診後棟二樓11、12號櫃台完成報到，再至診間報到。 (4)若帶有外院影像光碟片者，務必請於【看診前】先至前棟1樓外院片櫃台(受理上傳外片08:30-12:30、13:00-17:00)上傳影像後再看診,謝謝您。 (5)本院提供83歲以上友善就醫服務，健保卡插卡報到後，燈號機自動排序，詳細內容請見中榮網頁說明。(6)診間內有住院醫師或實習醫師在旁學習，若造成您看診不方便，請事先告知診間醫事人員。 Front Outpatient Building 7F
