Morning 2311 Wang Jun-Sing 118 44 65 1 2311診 (1)診間依序號叫號看診，建議參考網路或app看診進度來院報到，並留意高齡(年滿83歲)長者報到時系統將自動往前排序，以免於現場久候。 (2)高齡年滿83歲以上高齡友善就醫服務，健保卡插卡報到後，燈號機自動排序，詳細內容請見中榮網頁說明。 (3)看診前請先持健保卡至生理監測站量好血壓、身高、體重，再至診間報到。 (4)當日抽血者，需等候一個半小時待抽血報告發送後，再插卡報到等候看診，謝謝配合。 (5)第一次至本院看診者請於11:00前至門診後棟二樓11、12號櫃台完成初診資料，再至診間報到。 Front Outpatient Building 3F

    • 1. Referred patients should check-in at Counter 9 (2F, Rear Outpatient Building) before going to the clinic room.
    • 2. If Taichung City Government announces that offices should be closed due to natural disasters such as typhoons, the outpatient service will be closed too.
