Afternoon 2601 Shih Kai-Hsiang 95 78 33 2 1.若有聽力下降、耳鳴或眩暈等症狀者，請先主動告知診間護理人員，如當日檢查排程額滿，預做檢查者，則由醫師看診後再安排擇日檢查。 2.若帶有外院影像光碟片者，務必請於【看診前】先至門診前棟1樓外院片櫃台(受理上傳外片08:30-12:30、13:00-17:00)上傳影像後再看診。 3. 84歲以上友善就醫服務，健保卡插卡報到後，燈號機自動排序，詳細內容請見中榮網頁說明。 4.週一~週五所有診次均至22:00終止服務【晚上20:00截止報到】，提前插卡報到的民眾請注意診間將於晚上20:00整【收取健保卡確認待診人數】未提供健保卡者視同未報到，感謝大家的配合 Front Outpatient Building 6F

    • 2. If Taichung City Government announces that offices should be closed due to natural disasters such as typhoons, the outpatient service will be closed too.
