Afternoon 2305 Lin Chih-Hung 81 76 47 8 2305診: (1)出院第一次回診者若有預先開立檢查單，請於看診前先至門診後棟二樓客服中心「換單」，完成檢查後再至診間插卡報到候診，謝謝您的配合。 (2)若帶有外院影像光碟片者，請於【看診前】先至前棟1樓外院片櫃台(受理上傳外片08:30-12:30、13:00-16:50)上傳影像後再看診，謝謝合作！ (3)83歲以上友善就醫服務，健保卡插卡報到後，燈號機自動排序，詳細內容請見中榮網頁說明。 (4)如需沖洗人工血管者，請於16:30前先至2207人工血管照護室沖洗人工血管！ (5)週一~週五所有診次均至22:00終止服務，【晚上20:00截止報到】，提前插卡報到的民眾請注意，若看診至晚上20:00，則診間將於晚上20:00整【收取健保卡確認待診人數】，未提供健保卡者視同未報到。造成不便、敬請見諒!
