Morning 2105 Hung Chih-Chiang 79 42 26 3 ★2105診洪志強醫師★***每週一診間*** 下午17:00截止報到。 (1)83歲以上友善就醫服務，健保卡插卡報到後，燈號機自動排序，詳細內容請見中榮網頁說明 (2)預做化學治療民眾請先測量身高體重、體溫及血壓，待診間開門時告知護理師並給予健保卡，將安排穿插看診 (3)中午用餐時間13:00-14:00(視情況調整)。 (4)全初號碼請先至門診後棟二樓11、12號窗口填寫初診資料，再向診間插卡報到，謝謝您的合作! (5)下午五點前請先至2207診注射室沖人工血管。 (6)若有帶外院光碟者，煩請【看診前】先至前棟1樓櫃台上傳影像後再看診(受理上傳外片08:30-12:30、13:00-17:00)。 (7)早上門診結束才會進行下午門診，如有不便敬請見諒。 (8)為維護診間秩序，看診時"請勿敲門"，若有事請待護理人員出來再受理，謝謝您的配合！ Front Outpatient Building 1F

    • 2. If Taichung City Government announces that offices should be closed due to natural disasters such as typhoons, the outpatient service will be closed too.
