Hospitalization and diagnosis
After
excluding Infections, malignancy or other rheumatologic diseases, this patient was diagnosed as adult-onset Still's disease (AOSD) fulfilled with Yamaguchi's and Fautrel's criteria (Major criteria: (1) Fever ≥39°C persisting for ≥1 week. (2) Arthralgia/arthritis persisting for ≥2 weeks. (3) A typical evanescent rash. Minor criteria: (1) Sore throat. (2) Increased serum aminotransferase or lactate dehydrogenase levels).
