資料庫查詢資料來源填寫說明與研究成果誌謝規定

若您的【研究資料】來源會與品質管理中心臨床資訊科申請相關的院內臨床資料，
IRB的計畫書內容資料來源請務必填寫：『品質管理中心臨床資訊科』
若無填寫臨資科無法協助提供資料，謝謝。


研究成果誌謝規定:
申請者使用本資料庫資料進行研究所得成果，於對外發表時應註明資料來源，並於誌謝言「Acknowledgment」或其他適當章節，依資料來源及以下文字進行標示。
