醫療研究及發展 :  
1.      兒童及嬰幼兒微創手術，包括以(一)腹腔鏡治療先天性巨腸症、脾臟切除手
術、闌尾切除術、抗胃食道逆流手術、胃造廔、腎盂輸尿管成形術、腸套疊
復位及切除手術、卵巢腫瘤切除及腎臟病灶切除手術等等。(二)胸腔鏡切除
先天性肺葉異常、自發性氣胸治療手術、以胸腔鏡治療膿胸   等等。
2. 隱匿性陰莖與雄性激素接受體相關性之研究           
3. 以內視鏡治療膀胱輸尿管尿液逆流症之研究           
4. 自民國89年起改良「後矢狀正中切開肛門直腸成形術」治療高位及中位肛門閉鎖症病人。經由薦骨前方深入骨盤腔內剝離直腸盲端，並游離足夠程度的直腸，直接由薦尾部之切口施行肛門直腸成形術，可以免除剖腹游離直腸之步驟，縮短手術時間以及病人的恢復時間。
研究計劃 :
1.      腸道神經節成熟度與新生兒脹氣之相關性
( Relationship between the maturity of intestina ganglion cells and neonatal ileus )
