Mechanism:晚間6點鐵絲噴入右眼(汽車修護工作)
VA: 0.9  IOP: not detected
Cornea: an iron wire lodged in the cornea, entrance at 9o'c paracentral, the end of iron wire was floating in AC without touching iris or lens OD
Fundus: pinkish disc and attached retina, no retinal detachement or break OD.
OP :IOFB removal + corneal wound repair + AC irrigation + IVI Abx on 1120603

Case 2 – 112/06/12
Age: 53 y/o  Gender: male
Mechanism: 左眼工作時被鐵絲戳到
VA: 0.8  IOP: N/A
Cornea: wire penetrating from 10 o’c peripheral into vitreous OS
A-C: deep /cell+ OS
Lens: Traumatic cataract OS
Fundus : Attached OS
OP finding:
     -vitreous foreign body
     -traumatic cataract(rupture lens) with nasal side 120 degree zonule dialysis, PC rupture
     -cornea penetrating wound
OP: cornea wound repair + lensectomy + ant. VT + foreign body removal + IVI(fortum+vancomycin) on 112/06/12.
