Fundus: invisible OS
 OP finding: 2.5mm sclera full thickness penetrating wound 0.5mm away from limbus at 9 o'c OS
-  hyphema
Intra-OP fundus:  attached, no break,no RD, OS
OP: scleral wound repair + AC irrigation+ IVI abx
POST-OP : -> sclera wound no leakage
       -> IOP:10~14mmHg
112/03/27 (around 1 month post op) -> VA_ OS:0.4
      ->fundus: attached, no break,no RD, OS
 open globe injury:  type: penetration      zone: II (limbus to 5 mm posterior into sclera)    OTS: 3 (80)
