Age: 66 y/o Gender: Male
Mechanism: fell down with right eye contusion
VA: HM 30cm OD IOP: 10mmHg OD
Conjunctiva: severe SCH and chemosis
Cornea:clear OD
A-C: deep/cell++++ blood clot +, exudate OD
Lens:suspected posterior subluxation OD
Vitreous: VH OD
Fundus: not visible OD
Orbital CT: vitreous hemorrhage, no clear contour over temporal side OD
OP finding : Full thickness penetrating scleral wound over temporal side, 18.5mm long, 10mm behind the limbus, with uveal exposure
Hyphema and exudate in AC
Surgical intervention : 1Sclera wound repair AC; Removal of hyphema paracentesis; IVI fortum+vancomycin
Open globe injury OD, rupture, zone III, OTS score 1/2

Mechanism: 工作時鐵削噴入左眼
VA: 6/5 OD
Cornea: clear OU
Conjunctiva: 3mm horizontal laceration at 3o'c OS
Sclera: 3mm full-thickness horizontal laceration at 3o'c (5mm from limbus), with vitreous prolapsed OS
A-C: deep/silent OS
Lens: clear OU
Vitreous and Fundus: Pinkish disc and attached retina
Orbital CT: no obvious IOFB, formed globe OS
OP finding : 3 mm horizontal sclera wound, 4 mm behind limbus, at 3 o’c
Surgical intervention : 1. Scleral wound repair 2. IVI fortum+vancomycin
Open globe injury OS, penetration, zone II, OTS score 5.

Mechanism: traffic accident with left eye hit
VA: NLP OS
Eyelid: swelling and ecchymosis, Lt
Conjunctiva: severe SCH with active bleeding OS
Cornea: uvea prolapsed, r/o corneal laceration OS
A-C: total hyphema OS
Lens:invisible OS
Vitreous and Fundus: invisible OS
Orbital CT: dense VH, unclear temporal contour
OP finding : Full thickness scleral laceration from 10-3 o'c, away from limbus around 1-2mm
Surgical intervention : 1. Scleral wound repair 2. AC irrigation 3. IVI fortum+vancomycin
Open globe injury OS, rupture, zone II, OTS score 1 with scleral laceration.

Mechanism: 左眼被鐵釘戳到。
VA: HM OS

Eyelids:much iron dust over lid margin, bil upper and lower
Conjunctiva:injection OS
Cornea:a horizontal corneal laceration at central OS
A-C:collapsed OS
Lens:total opacity OS
Fundus:invisible due to traumatic cataract OS
Orbital CT: slight deformity OS
OP finding : 7 mm horizontal cornea wound at central cornea
lens damage with PC rupture (nasal side lens absent)
cortex in the vitreous cavity (diameter : 2 optic disc )
faint VH at nasal side, attached no RD or break
Surgical intervention : 1. Cornea wound repair 2. Lensectomy
3. anterior VT 4. IVI fortum + vancomycin
