Pediatric Wards 
 

Located on the sixth floor of the Second Medical Building, pediatric wards consist of 12 divisions including General Pediatrics, Pediatric Endocrinology Metabolism, Pediatric Genetics, Pediatric Hematology, Pediatric Neurology, Pediatric Gastroenterology, Pediatric Nephropathy & Immunology, Pediatric Infectious Diseases, Pediatric Cardiology, Pediatric Surgery,Pediatric Cardiac Surgery,Pediatric Neurosurgery.The ward area is equipped with positive pressure isolation wards for pediatric oncology patients, which provides the patients with extra protection without extra charge (the first in middle Taiwan). Many group activities, health lessons and conferences are organized in the ward area to help relieve the discomfort and pressure of hospitalized children and raise family members' knowledge regarding the disease.
