Psychiatric Ward

The psychiatric building, an elegant red brick building with three floors and a spacious yard, is located in the north zone of our hospital. The psychiatric ward area includes day wards on the first floor, which have 90 beds and are typically used for psychiatric rehabilitation. Patients are encouraged to participate in group therapy and occupational rehabilitation, which involve physical activity, life coaching, health education, medication training, and other activities.

The second floor of the building has two acute wards with a total of 70 beds. The therapy in the acute ward focuses on improving psychiatric symptoms, enhancing medication compliance, and facilitating emotional adjustment. The ward has excellent lighting, and the spacious area is equipped with a sofa, a table for table tennis, a television, and a karaoke machine. Every room in the ward has a window with a beautiful view.

The acute ward offers activity therapy, entertainment therapy, group therapy, and occupational therapy. The medical team, which includes physicians, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, and psychologists, conducts regular rounds and group meetings to provide amilieu therapy, safe care, and various treatments to the patients. The discharge planning services include telephone interviews, treatment referrals, referrals to day wards or home care, patient care, education, and training to enhance the social adaptability of patients.
