Notification:
1. First-time visitors are those who have never been to this hospital for a medical visit.
2. Making an appointment can be done on-site or online.

First-time visitor: Go to the Customer Services Center first.
Second and subsequent visits: Go to the clinic waiting area for medical services.
Notification:
1. Making an appointment in advance is available for visits within 56 days.
2. Cancellation should be made at least one day before the intended visit.
3. Clinics are closed on the national holidays.
4. The final check-in time for the clinic is 20:00.
1. For individuals who seek medical treatment without complete identification documents on the day of the visit and choose to pay out-of-pocket instead of using National Health Insurance, please submit the required documents and receipts to the payment counter within 10 days (excluding holidays) to process the procedure for health insurance reimbursement.
2. If you want to have a physical examination for personal reasons such as an overseas visa,an examination, employment, marriage, etc, please register for an outpatient physical examination, which is not covered by the National Health Insurance.
3. Please make an appointment before applying for any type of Certificate of Diagnosis, and it will be issued by the outpatient physician. If you have received the same Certificate of Diagnosis within the past six months, you do not need to make an appointment and can proceed directly to the payment counter for fee payment and application.
4. For those who first visit our hospital, please go to the Customer Service Counter to show your ID card and the National Health Insurance card to complete the necessary document.
