The two delegations visited TCVGH’s fully automated Intelligent Laboratory which integrates high-efficiency testing workflows with intelligent monitoring systems, thus significantly enhancing diagnostic speed and accuracy. The Telemedicine Center which integrates AI-assisted diagnostics with Internet of Things (IoT) devices, thus enabling real-time medical consultations and home-based health monitoring, was also a stop on the delegations’ tour. The two parties engaged in detailed in-depth discussions on the current progress, technological applications, and future collaborations within the field of smart healthcare. Prof. Hao-Che Ho stated that TCVGH’s experience in implementing smart systems and subsequently integrating them into clinical practice offers a significant reference value for the planning of Yuan Rung Hospital’s new campus. Yuan Rung Hospital continues to advance their transformation towards the implementation of smart healthcare and therefore actively collaborates with international medical institutions and industry partners. This visit not only deepened the medical facility’s engagement with TCVGH but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation with Foxconn in Brazil with regards to smart hospital development and cross-border healthcare initiatives.
