Procedures to Follow for Hospitalization
Be informed of the hospitalization → Go to the Customer Service Center (2F, Rear Outpatient Building) → Follow staff instructions → Pre-anesthesia Evaluation Center (if surgery scheduled) → Medical Advisory Service Center (if tests required) → Be hospitalized → Pay the bill on discharge → Pick up prescribed medicines
After hospitalization is scheduled, hospital staff will call to inform the date. When a bed is available, patients should report within 2 hours.
Admission Information
Please bring ID Card (Veteran / Widow / ARC) and National Health Insurance Card. Passport may be used if NHI or ARC is unavailable.

All patients must sign an Admission Agreement. A nurse will assist after admission. Blankets are provided. Patients should bring personal items.
Hospitalization Fees
Basic Fees:
- Diagnosis fee: from admission to discharge day
- Ward fee: from admission to day before discharge
Single room: NT$5,000–12,000/day
Double room: NT$2,500/day

Discharge and Referral
Discharge is processed at the nursing station. Patients will receive prescriptions, follow-up appointments, and billing statements. Payment can be made by cash or credit card.
