aichung Veterans General Hospital's Medical Charges for International Patients not covered by the National Health Insurance(effective 11/2/2020)
1.門(急)診 Outpatient / Emergency Medical Services:
1)掛號費:新臺幣120元。Registration Fee: 120 NTD
2)行政費:新臺幣1,500元。Administrative Fee: 1,500 NTD
***國際醫療門診服務費(專人引領看診):每診次另收新臺幣1,000元。
Outpatient Special Service Fee (if accompanied by our IMSC staffduring Patient visit): 1,000 NTD

2.住院Inpatient Service:
1)住院診察費(非加護病房):新臺幣1,500元。
Inpatient Consultation Fee (not including ICU): 1,500 NTD
2)國際醫療住院病情諮詢行政服務費(專人至病房探視):每次住院新臺幣3,000元。International Inpatient administrative service fee: 3,000NT per admission(if assisted by our IMSC staffduring the hospital stay)
3.屬健保給付項目:依全民健康保險費用支付標準2.21倍計價。
NHI Reimbursement Items: 2.21 times of the standard payment according to NHI standards.
4.非屬健保給付項目:依自費醫療收費標準1.7倍計價。
Items not covered by the NHI: 1.7 times of the non-NHI-covered payment rates.

Q1:適用對象為何人?Who is applicable?
A1:未持有我國健保卡之外籍人士至本院就診。若非健保身分已取得本國籍身分(證件或系統顯示),仍維持原收費標準,詳見下圖國際病人身分判斷決策樹。
International Patients who come for medical services without a Taiwan’s National Health Insurance Card. For those who have obtained Taiwan’s nationality (confirmed by an ID or information in our system available), the charges are not applicable. Please see the International Patient Identification Decision Tree below for more details:

Q3:若病人保險身分變更(如取得本國籍,健保加保),該如何辦理退費?
If the patient’s insurance status/identity has changed (such as receiving Taiwan’s nationality or receivinga NHI card), how to apply for a refund?
A3:若需辦理退費,請就診當日起10日(含)於上班時間(週一至週五08:00am-10:00pm,週六08:00am-06:00pm,週日10:00am-06:00pm),至本院門診大樓、第一醫療大樓與第二醫療大樓任何1櫃檯,攜帶證件(身分證、護照或健保卡)由櫃檯人員協助您身分變更及修改病人基本資料,並辦理退費。
If you need to apply for a refund, please bring your ID (ID card, passport or NHI card) to any front line counter in our Outpatient Building, First Medical Building or Second Medical Building within 10 days (Monday-Friday 08:00am-10:00pm, Saturday 08:00am-06:00pm, Sunday 10:00am-06:00pm). The staff will assist you in changing your insurance status, modifying patient information and processing the refund.
 
 
Q4:若僅修改病人基本資料,不需辦理退費,該如何辦理?
If I only want to modify patient information without processing a refund, what should I do?
A4:請至本院門診大樓後棟1樓病歷組櫃台辦理。
Please visit the medical records counter located at 1st floor in the Rear Outpatient Building.

A5:本院官方網頁、臉書、電子海報機及跑馬燈公告。
The information is available on our official website, Facebook, e-poster and electronic scroll board.
 
Q6:如果我對計費明細有相關問題,可如何尋求協助?
If I have questions about medical charges, how can I seek assistance?
A6:請至門診大樓2樓抽取醫療費用諮詢號碼,由櫃檯專人為您回答。
Please go to the 2nd floor of the outpatient building and take a number from the medical charges inquiry Kiosk and wait for your turn. The counter staff will be happy to answer your questions.
