Her work focuses on understanding the comorbidities associated with these diseases and exploring the role of skin and gut microbiota in their pathogenesis. She has published more than 70 scientific papers on dermatology and microbiota studies. Her recent work has also involved using artificial intelligence models in skin disease and developing a web-based platform for skin cancer detection.
