Hospitalization and diagnosis
This patient was diagnosed as 1. COPD without acute exacerbation and right lower lung tumor (pathology: organizing pneumonia and 2. Rule out pulmonary tuberculosis:
(1) smoking history, s/s, PFT, blood eosinophilic count.
(2) lung tumor biopsy (EBUS sheath guided biopsy and CT-guided biopsy) pathology result.
(3).sputum AFS and culture x 3 sets, biopsy tissue culture.
