111年出版專書: 傷病之後~職場復工與配工實務手冊。透過整理實務面上會遇到的配工問題,參考專業書籍、指引,國內外法規規範,團隊成員集思廣益與討論,來提供專業的解決方案。特色包含醫療、法律、實證醫學考量,以模擬案例來分享,加深實務面的印象,同時舉辦【復配工評估工作坊】推廣訓練。更於112年獲財團法人職業災害預防及重建中心吳政龍副執行長蒞臨指導。透過本書案例與實證建議,妥善解決員工適性配工問題,並協助員工順利重返職場。團隊成員具有職業醫學、急診醫學、毒物學、家庭醫學、法律、高齡醫學等跨領域專才,本書集大家之智慧,有助於思考職業衛生相關健康問題實質建議。
