Introduction

The Engineering & Maintenance office was set up in 1982 with 3 sections: Architectural Engineering, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, Medical Engineering. In 2003 the office was augmented to include 4 sections: Architectural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Medical Engineering and Fire Protection & Environmental Protection Engineering with around 35 crew engineers in total. In addition to office crews, there are around 60 technician being responsible for the operation and maintenance of the electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other healthcare facilities.
