The Department of Surgery

Introduction

Since the establishment of this hospital in 1982, the Department of Surgery has been devoted to our missions of high-quality patient care, education and research. Our surgical team consists of specialists in different areas. There are 7 divisions including General Surgery, Colorectal Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Plastic & Reconstructive, Pediatric Surgery, Breast Surgery and Transplantation Surgery. Our additional task forces include a Trauma Team, Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) Team, Breast Center, Organ Transplantation Recruitment Team, Surgical Skills Training Center, and Surgical ICU.
