Uncontrolled infection 
Extrahepatic malignancy 
Metastatic disease from nonhepatic cancer except 
APUDomas 
Acute alcoholic disease or drug abuse 
Severe hypoxemia secondary to right to left shunt 
Advanced cardiopulmonary disease 
Inability of patient and/or family to understand the implication 
of and the commitment to liver transplantation and lifelong immuno suppression need 
Drug Abuse

Severe renal failure 
Age over 65（physiologic age more important than 
chronologic age） 
Fulminant hepatic failure with brain damage* 
＊ evidence of permanent neurologic damage, or sustained IICP(ICP＞50mmHg+/or reduclion of cerebral perfusion pressure＜40mmHg＞
